We are a company limited by guarantee, and we operate within regulations set by government when operating a Business Improvement District.
How is the Business Alliance and its operation funded?
By a combination of voluntary contributions from property owners in the area (42%) and the BID levy from occupiers (57%) and other (1%)
How are the services we provide monitored?
We have established baseline agreements which clarify what the local authority delivers to ensure we deliver additional service and value. To monitor performance we have service level agreements with contractors and key performance indicators which are published for delivery of our services. In addition, research, surveys, website response and business feedback are monitored.
